NAV = marked value of DAO stakes + cash − liabilities. It is unavailable until all inputs are recorded. It is not the token market cap or a sum of portfolio-company valuations.
Each stake valuation includes its date, method, and supporting reference. Marks are entered by the administrator and are not independently verified.

Subscription agreements, share certificates, payment receipts, and cap-table records can be attached by the owner. An upload is evidence supplied by the administrator, not independent verification.
Token fees fund the DAO. Holders direct its investment decisions.
The proposed model weights votes by token balance at a fixed snapshot. For example, holding 1% of the eligible supply gives you 1% of the total eligible voting power. Quorum, voting duration, and eligibility rules are still to be finalized.
Investments go to the DAO. Holders vote on where the DAO allocates capital, with voting power proportional to token holdings. Portfolio investments are held through the DAO’s final legal structure; holding the token does not by itself make you a direct shareholder in each company. Any holder economic rights will be defined in the final DAO agreements.
The proposed process opens a holder vote on an eligible shortlist. After the vote, the investment entity would carry out the approved investment, subject to diligence, offering availability, and applicable requirements. Unallocated fees remain in the treasury.
The proposed launch venue is Pons v2 on Robinhood, as described in the project plan. The contract address will be added after launch. Network details, fee rate, and date are still pending. No token purchase or wallet transaction is available in this preview.
